THE ACCOMMODATION: Beautiful Finca Enye is a colonial home oraganised around a green and tranquil central courtyard with bubbling fountain. Luxurious rooms with handpainted furniture lead out onto the verandahs with colonial-style arches. Each night, dinner is served in the large dining room adjoining the kitchen where Louise the barman can be found to serve drinks at any time. Behind the main house, well-tended gardens are resplendent with colourful flowers and fruit trees. The large pool is a welcome sight each evening with its bubbling jacuzzi. On the lower terrrace stands the stableyard, outdoor school, office and large tackroom packed with Western, Mexican and English saddlery.
